SAMA Square by SkyWorld Development Berhad was pre-opened to the public on 11 May 2024 and garnered up to 10,000 visitors last weekend. SAMA Square is situated within the expansive 42-acre SkySanctuary master development in Setapak.

The first-of-its-kind commercial development in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur, represents a vibrant hub of activity and business potential, catering to a ready catchment of up to one million from Setapak, Taman Sri Rampai, Sentul, Wangsa Maju and more.

Occupying 4.15 acres of commercial land, SAMA Square boasts a net lettable area of approximately 58,000 square feet and enjoys high occupancy, with 90% of its spaces currently leased in its 40 lots. To accommodate visitors, 449 parking bays are available.

Prominent brands that are now pre-opened include Inside Scoop, Zus Coffee, Subway, Guardian, Shabuyaki by Nippon Sushi, Hainan Village Kopitiam, Butter Kaya Kopitiam, Vivace Dance Academy, AllCare Dental Centre and BS Optometry, amongst others. Notably, MemiZooZoo Grocer, Emart24, Klinik Alam Medic and Nasi Kandar Al Yahya operate for 24 hours, accommodating the needs of late-nighters.

SAMA Square is currently hosting the IFood Expo Experience, featuring a range of culinary delights, now through May 26, open daily from 10am to 10pm.
