When investing in properties, many people is talking about places like Sg. Buloh,Rawang, Klang, Nilai, Bangi, Kajang, Seremban - all surrounding Klang Valley or 30-60mins drive away. Why not many people is talking about areas like Genting, Bukit Tinggi , Bentong in west Pahang. Bentong is only 45mins drive away from KL. Is there any potential there? Why are investors not keen in this area? What are the disadvantages as compared to other areas??
