The Vyne is a beautiful upcoming condominium in the newly discovered upcoming township of Sungai Besi. It is a beautiful development built to be a nature-friendly development with a back-to-nature concept. As such, artist impressions of The Vyne show buildings covered in vines and creeper plants. Graced with the best of facilities, The Vyne is set to become the next icon of Sungai Besi. Its facilities also have a nature concept with trellis greens, a Jungle of Green Track, and liana greens. Outdoor facilities are also heavily emphasised on with an artificial rock climbing area, herbs garden and water rapids and pond. The Vyne is a very centrally located development in Sungai Besi with convenient accessibility to highways. Amongst some of the highways located close to home is the Maju Expressway (MEX), Salak South Highway and Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP). The Federal Highway is also a short distance away as is the SMART tunnel. By utilising the many highways close to home, residents of The Vyne will be able to get to the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) within 45 minutes or less while Cyberjaya and Putrajaya are only 30 minutes away. The Kuala Lumpur city centre is only 20 minutes away in clear traffic and getting to Bandar Sunway via the LDP takes under 20 minutes during off peak hours. In terms of food and amenities, located close to home is the 24-hour NSK hypermarket located in Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park. Within this area there are a multitude of services and products offered ranging between self-service launderettes and car wash shops to electronic goods shops and dim sum restaurants. However, one of the many grouses of buyers is that The Vyne is located at an intersection which is generally congested at the best of times; and is at a complete standstill during peak hours. While the development is highly exclusive, many still fear severe noise and air pollution due to its busy location. Sales for The Vyne was nevertheless extremely good, with all the units being sold out within months. There are however speculations that the majority of the buyers are speculators.
