PJS 10 is a residential area in Bandar Sunway which is known to have a high rate of crimes. Despite managing to gain the cooperation of the police force to conduct patrols to bring the crime rate down, PJS 10 is still plagued with petty crimes. Break-ins, unethical taxi drivers cramping up the roads and clogged drains are some of the other issues that residents here face.
