1Tebrau is a destination of shopping, living and playing. As said by the developer, it is a development of ‘One for all, all in One’. 1Tebrau is to be built in the upcoming township of Iskandar Malaysia, the rebranded southern tip of Peninsular Malaysia that is to be five times bigger than the country of Singapore with infrastructures and technology that will attract international property buyers. 1Tebrau is an integrated development that will comprise of serviced residences and al fresco retail lots within the Johor Bahru city. In lieu of assuring residents a peace of mind in this busy area, the density of living will be low with a total of only 588 designer units housed within elegant two towers that stand at 30 storeys tall. Designed to transform the local community, the commercial area while catered tastefully to the residents will be limited to only 36 units of shop offices, housed within 4 storeys. Situated on leasehold titled commercial land, 1Tebrau is an excellently designed development that will house homes that range in size between 621 sf and 1,238 sf. With a total of four different layouts to choose from, the smallest unit is suitable for the typical bachelor with one bedroom and one bathroom, while the largest units of 1,238 sf are ideal for families with its spaciousness that house three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Every unit will also come with a minimum of one parking lot. The retail lots on the other hand are sized at either 1,782 sf or 2,052 sf, with only two different types of layouts. Of all of 1Tebrau’s key selling points is its central location with easy access to the Tebrau Highway that will provide residents convenient accessibility to amenities and also convenient access to the CIQ and Woodlands Checkpoint. The renowned Danga Bay with its many attractions are also mere minutes away from 1Tebrau, well connected by an excellent network of highways.
