San Homes Development began its property development activities in the year of 2004 under the previous name, Imbangmas Sdb Bhd. Our first residential and commercial project which consisted of double storey shop offices and double & 21/2 storey terrace houses was managed by Ms. Christina Chan under the department of Sales & Marketing Administration.

In April, 2006, under the new director and shareholder, Ms. Christina Chan, a second project which consisted of double storey terrace houses, located at Sibilin, Ipoh Perak was launched. Henceforth, our next two projects, Southpark and Greenville, both with concepts that were captivating and trendy were launched with an optimistic result of 70%-80% sales on their respective launching periods.

In 2010, under the new brand name of the company with its shares fully acquired by Ms. Christina Chan and Ms. Juliet Chan appointed as the Executive Director of the company, the company was restructured and our company's name changed to San Homes Development Sdn. Bhd.

We had since diversified into other ventures, namely project management, construction & renovation, interior design works and an arts online gallery.
