Mandarina Court is a high rise property development located in Bukit Mandarin, Cheras close to Taman Orkid and Taman Len Sen. This property is suitable for small families and individuals with tight budgets as it is affordably priced. Despite being surrounded by other similar high rise developments with a better rental yield and higher value, yet many potential buyers prefer Mandarina Court.
This is due to the fact that the other developments are much closer to UCSI and there is constant noise pollution from the students studying there. Mandarina as it is situated at a further distance from the noise pollution, is more peaceful for buyers who want to live in the area.
