Residents living in Taman Prima Impian can enjoy great accessibility to other parts of town as well as the public amenities and facilities provided for their convenience. However, there have been cases that shattered the peace of the neighbourhood. In 2007, there was a raid carried out by authorities which resulted in an arrest of a man involved in brewing fake liquor and the confiscation of his brewing equipment. Residents were also concerned about other issues of break-ins, snatch thefts or robberies that took place almost daily in 2010.
