Hi all, what do you think will happen to the property demand around the area? And will existing buyer let go their units?

@fkoon In the long term, I believe the effect is minimal, as u said.

But so far I have noticed from property forums that some people that have already placed booking for units there actually pulled out after the incident. I guess coz the incident was still fresh in mind.

It is normal for some to feel that this is not a good place to buy a property.
However, the best way to find out the effect of this incident ion property demand s to do research in this area.

Looking at the transaction records, plenty of sale & purchase still happening in Elmina. Demand at that place is still good i guess.

@Shafiq_Rahman
Kindly share how to get the transaction records?

1.  Some will have phobias of another air accident in Elmina
2. But what is the probability that another plane will crash in that same area. The chance of another crash in Elmina ..is very very low..

3. House demand should stay and prices should not fall also based on #2.
Could be just a temporary setback (where prospects are still in a state of shock and over time when they get back their composure demand should be back. Just my 2 sen..
